Notes to the rental rates

  • On the day of arrival the property will be ready for approximately 3:00 pm. On the final day the property should be vacated no later than 10:00 am.
  • A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance is payable 56 days before the start of your stay, this date will be confirmed at time of booking. You can make your deposit and final payment online via Pay Pal, UK cheque or bank transfer (details will be given at time of booking). 
  • This property requires a refundable breakage deposit of £150.00 to be paid 56 days before the start of your stay which will be confirmed at time of booking. This will be returned, less any charges for damage, 14 days after the end of the stay date which will be confirmed again at time of booking.
