Our one-bedroom luxury ApartHotel consists of: A living room / bedroom with fireplace, open-plan kitchen / dining room, 1 bedroom, separate WC and bathroom with WC and shower. It is designed in such a way so that four people could comfortably use the living area of the apartment enjoying its cozy atmosphere together.

The combination of a TV set and fireplace divides visibly the living room from the dining room, increasing the feeling of comfort of the residents. Thus the living room is used as a second bedroom without disturbing the use of the kitchen.

Special attention was paid during planning of the Complex to the position of the bedrooms in the apartments – all bedrooms are away from the elevators, the staircases and the corridors. Such design avoids disturbance of the rest of the residents of the apartment.
